Rebuilding People First
While the world focuses on rebuilding Gaza's infrastructure, many overlook that the greatest destruction has affected the people themselves - individuals who emerged from the fire burdened by the loss of loved ones, trauma of violence, scars of deprivation, and fears of the future.
Hundreds of thousands of our people in Gaza, from all segments without exception - children, women, youth, and men - stand today on the edge of deep psychological and social crises that cannot be fixed by cement nor healed by towers.
Hence came our initiative to rebuild people first, by creating a superior platform that provides advanced programs and sustainable projects with precise formation and targeting, capable of restoring the soul's ability to rise, the mind's capacity to integrate, and the future's meaning - to create real peace that begins from within before rising above walls.
Human First Alliance
Experience has proven that recovery from deep crises cannot be achieved through individual or temporary efforts, but requires organized collective work and true integration between civil society institutions, international organizations, academic institutions, the private sector, and specialized individuals.
Through forming an alliance that unites energies and centers all work toward achieving the initiative's ultimate goal, which is ""Restoring life to the Gazan people"" and providing precise support in their journey toward psychosocial recovery, spiritual rebuilding, and integration.
Hence comes our initiative ""Human First Alliance"" which succeeded in forming a broad, specialized, and organized alliance including major international institutions, global organizations, the most important Palestinian civil society organizations specialized in psychological empowerment, international experts, opinion leaders, and the most important global and local academic institutions.
This alliance agreed to hold the first conference of its kind and specialization to discuss the most important mechanisms, programs, and projects concerned with the recovery of Gazans after the war.
